Mango-Colada

Between two surf sessions in Nusa Lembongan

The ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva, Rum
  • 1 ½ oz Coconut cream
  • ½  Mango
  • 1 oz Fresh pineapple juice

You will need a shaker, a strainer, a jigger, a muddler and a fine mesh cocktail strainer. You will also need a short glass and ice.

How to

  1. Muddle the mango directly into the shaker tin.
  2. Combine all the ingredients including the ice.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  4. Double strain the contents of the shaker into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with 3 slices of mango. Salute!
