- 1 1/2 oz Chic Choc, brown rum
- 4 pineapple slices
- 4 basil leaves
- 3/4 oz Simple syrup
- Half a lemon juice
You will need a shaker, a strainer, a jigger, a muddler and a fine mesh cocktail strainer. You will also need a coupe glass and ice.
- Muddle the basil and the pineapple directly into the shaker tin.
- Add all the ingredients.
- Shake with ice for 10 seconds.
- Double strain the contents of the shaker into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a basil leaf. Cheers!
