By the pool
- 1 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz Malibu, coconut rum
- 1 oz Homemade strawberry and banana purée
- 2 oz Pineapple juice
- Pineapple slices
You will need a old-fashioned glass, a jigger, a bar spoon and crushed ice.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Pour all the ingredients.
- Stir with a bar spoon.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice. OLÉ!
* For the purée : In a blender, put 2 cups of strawberries, 1 banana, 1/2 cup of water and 3 teaspoons of sugar.
