By the pool

The ingredients

  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1/2 oz Malibu, coconut rum
  • 1 oz Homemade strawberry and banana purée
  • 2 oz Pineapple juice
  • Pineapple slices

You will need a old-fashioned glass, a jigger, a bar spoon and crushed ice.

How To

  1. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  2. Pour all the ingredients.
  3. Stir with a bar spoon.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple slice. OLÉ!

    * For the purée : In a blender, put 2 cups of strawberries, 1 banana, 1/2 cup of water and 3 teaspoons of sugar.
